With over 15 years of experience working with adults, I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. I am trained in somatic and mindfulness-based therapies and am certified in trauma-informed care. I have a passion for neuroscience and believe that understanding the brain is crucial for creating lasting change.
