I came to therapy first as a client, hoping to escape my feelings—only to discover the power of honoring them. If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or sadness, stuck in painful thought patterns, or struggling with emotions that feel too heavy to carry alone, I’m here to help. Life can be challenging, but together, we can create a space where healing and change are possible.
 

I primarily use somatic, mindfulness, and compassion-based approaches. In our work together, you will learn research-backed skills to deepen self-awareness, gain insight, and build emotional resilience. My goal is to empower you to navigate life’s challenges with presence and compassion, overcoming them with greater ease and grace.
 

I am a compassionate, honest, and engaged therapist. I will work with you to make sure you are seeing personal change and growth. At times I may challenge you, but always within a safe space where you feel seen, validated, and cared for.
